Talking about the benefits of Green algae.
Wildlife up close, this snapping turtle was daddy and some of the girls
biggest highlight of the day.
(Dana, Paige and Haley not so much)
Daddy pointed out all the different features of the turtle to the girls.
Plus, Paige add her story she heard at school about a lady in Topeka that thought it would be cute to give a snapping turtle a kiss...
and it ended up snapping off the end of her tongue.

We ended our walk early due to bad weather coming in to the area.
